What we collect

• Waitlist signups: your name and email address.
• Booking requests: your name, email, phone number, and stay dates.
• Shop orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order contents.
• Payments: processed directly by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or full payment details on our own servers.
• Basic site analytics:anonymous, aggregate data about page visits (see "Analytics" below).

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your booking request, fulfil your order, notify you when something you've waitlisted for becomes available, and to understand, in aggregate, how people use this site. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, each only for their specific purpose:

• Supabase — stores booking, order, and waitlist data securely.
• Razorpay — processes payments for shop orders.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails (e.g. booking confirmations, waitlist updates).
• Vercel — hosts this website.

None of these providers are permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics, and optionally Google Analytics) to see aggregate traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit. This data is not tied to your name or contact details.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time, no reason required. Contact us at ssebvan@gmail.comand we'll act on it promptly.

A note on where things stand

Sebवन is a small, early-stage project. This policy reflects what the site actually does today. As the business grows (real bookings, real product shipments), this page will be updated to match, and we'll note the change date at the top.
